照理說,這個時刻是應該忙著製作傳統糕點+餅乾類迎接天主教聖誕節,還好那些年都過了,還好現在坐在沙發上的人,並不熱衷接力式拜訪,不愛吃甜食,而那些平日有心聯繫的親戚都會把彼此放在心裏,湊熱鬧長途開車在此時就可以省了,遠離過多的商業聖誕氣氛更好.既然如此,我可也樂的給傳統聖誕糕餅放假,現在立刻就去烤好久不見的香蕉蛋糕囉!

Traditionally at this time, people are so busy enjoying making conventional cookies for the upcoming big Catholic Christmas at home. We were certainly no exceptions in earlier years. It's lucky in a way that we can take a break from long distant appointments these years and simply cuddle at home without many commercial add ons to this traditional Catholic annual family day. This also means not to worry about preparing many diverse flour products as I did before. I can happily start to make my missing home made banana cake right away!
